C’è un momento, appena prima che il sole sorga, in cui tutto sembra possibile. Gli Etruschi chiamavano quel momento Thesan: la dea dell'alba, colei che porta la luce e schiude lo sguardo sul mondo.

Oggi il nostro festival rinasce sotto questo nome. Vi presentiamo il Thesan International Short Film Festival - Itinerante. 

Perché Thesan? Perché il cinema è, per definizione, una nuova luce che illumina storie ancora oscure. Abbiamo scelto di onorare le nostre radici e il territorio che ci ospita, abbracciando una visione che guarda lontano, oltre i confini.

There is a moment, just before the sun rises, when everything seems possible. The Etruscans called that moment Thesan: the goddess of dawn, she who brings light and opens our eyes to the world.

Today, our festival is reborn under this name. We present the Thesan International Short Film Festival - Itinerant.

Why Thesan? Because cinema is, by definition, a new light that illuminates stories still shrouded in darkness. We have chosen to honor our roots and the region that hosts us, embracing a vision that looks far beyond borders.
